An in-studio consultation may still be required for color matching or services needing an in person hair assessment.

Required for first-time extension clients, custom extension color, and major transformations. During your consultation, we’ll assess your natural hair, discuss your desired look, and recommend the most suitable extension method, texture, length, density, and color. We’ll also review maintenance expectations, estimated pricing, and a personalized installation and hair care plan before scheduling your appointment.

New Extension Guest: A consultation is required before your first installation. Extensions, thoughtfully customized to you. Our Signature Sew In Experience takes the guesswork out of choosing extension hair. From texture and length to fullness and blending, every detail is selected to complement your natural hair and create a seamless, believable finish. Your experience includes: 300–400g of extension hair, shampoo, conditioning, blow dry, braid foundation, installation, and finishing style. Custom extension color and additional treatments are not included. Final pricing depends on your hair selection.

Our Texture Sew In is customized using kinky straight or yaki texture extensions selected to complement your natural hair. Adds length and fullness with a seamless, natural looking finish that fits your everyday lifestyle. Your experience includes: 200g of extension hair, shampoo, conditioning, blow dry, braid foundation, installation, and finishing style. Custom extension color and additional treatments are not included. Final pricing may vary based on your hair selection.

Our Tape-In Experience is designed for clients looking to enhance their natural hair with added volume, length, and movement without the look of a traditional sew-in. Whether you’re filling in areas that need more fullness or creating a naturally blended transformation, each installation is customized to your hair density, texture, and desired look. Your experience includes: Consultation based hair selection, extension hair, customized installation, blending, and finishing style. Hair quantity and final pricing are determined during your consultation.

Keep your sew-in looking fresh between installations. Our Sew-In Wash & Style is designed to cleanse and refresh your existing extensions while maintaining a polished, natural looking finish. This service includes a thorough shampoo, conditioning, complete drying of your natural hair and braided foundation, and a finishing style to bring your extensions back to life. Tightening, removal, and reinstallation are not included.

Returning Sew In Guest Only Keep your sew-in looking fresh, secure, and well-maintained between installations. Our Sew-In Maintenance includes a thorough shampoo, drying, and tightening of your existing installation to refresh your foundation and maintain a comfortable, natural-looking finish. Full removal and reinstallation are not included.

A complete sew-in reset using existing extension hair that is suitable for reuse. Includes removal, cleansing of the natural hair and extensions, reinstallation, blending, and finished styling. New extension hair, color, and treatment upgrades are not included. Using new client-provided hair? Book Signature Sew-In. Purchasing new hair from us? Book Signature Sew-In Experience.

A customized silk press based on your hair’s condition, texture, density, and goals. Includes a 5-10 minute consultation cleansing, a moisture or strengthening treatment, a health focused haircut or maintenance trim, and finished styling. Upgrade your custom silk press based on your hair’s needs. An upgraded treatment replaces the standard treatment included in this service. If you are unsure which option to select, choose Custom Silk Press.(Pixie cuts are not offered)

An amino-acid smoothing treatment by Design Essentials designed to reduce frizz, improve manageability, and make blow-drying and silk pressing easier, with smoothing benefits lasting approximately 6–12 weeks. Includes cleansing, the STS smoothing treatment, a health-focused haircut, and finished styling. Must be scheduled at least four weeks before or after color services. Between full treatments a Smoothing Treatment Maintenance is recommended to best maintain your smoothing results. Pixie cuts are not offered.

Designed to refresh your tape-ins between reinstallation appointments. Includes cleansing, conditioning treatment, extension care, blow-dry, and finished styling. Recommended every 2–3 weeks. Does not include removal, retaping, or reinstallation

A maintenance service for returning guests that includes cleansing, a protein or moisture treatment based on the hair state, detangling, and blow-dry preparation. Select your preferred finish when booking: blow dry and essential treatment, flat twists, or a simple cornrow foundation. Added hair and wig installation are not included but are welcomed .There is no straightening in this process .

Color customization for extension hair only. Available for single-process darkening, tonal adjustments, or dimensional blending. Extensions must be purchased or dropped off at least five days before the appointment; same-day darkening may be approved . Natural-hair color is not included.

Bond Shaper™ Curl Rebuilding Treatment Three-step professional curl-rebuilding and defining treatment Recommended For: Naturally wavy, curly, and coily hair types 2A–4C experiencing frizz, weak curl retention, reduced definition, breakage, or changes caused by heat, color, and chemical damage. Suitable for low-, medium-, and high-porosity curls. This professional curl treatment helps strengthen, reshape, and enhance the natural curl pattern while improving definition, softness, and manageability. The service includes clarifying preparation, all three Bond Shaper steps, curl defining (wash n’ go) and drying. This is not a relaxer, perm, smoothing treatment, or silk press. Results vary depending on the condition of the hair.

Whether you’re taking a break from extensions or preparing for your next look, our Sew-In Removal service focuses on carefully removing your installation while prioritizing your natural hair. Choose between a professional removal or our Removal Experience, which includes a shampoo, conditioning, and blow dry to leave your natural hair clean and ready for its next style. Additional styling services are not included.

Returning Beaded Guest Only Keep your extensions looking and feeling their best with professional maintenance tailored to your installation. This service includes an assessment of your natural hair and extension foundation, followed by the appropriate row adjustment or move-up. Maintenance needs and timing vary based on your hair growth, installation condition, and individual care routine. Shampoo, styling, and full reinstallation are not included unless separately booked.

Keep your tape-in extensions looking fresh and blended between installations. Our Tape In Maintenance service includes shampoo, conditioning, drying, finishing style, and reattachment of any 1-3 tape-in extensions that have slipped. This service is intended to maintain your existing installation, not replace it. Full removal and reinstallation are not included.
