LLuxe Links Extension Studio Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking Fees A nonrefundable booking fee is required for all appointments and is applied toward your final balance. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance. One complimentary reschedule is permitted with proper notice. The new appointment must be within 30 calendar days of the original date. Additional rescheduling requires a new booking fee. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the booking fee, subject to applicable law. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. Appointments may be modified or canceled if late arrival affects scheduling. Extension Services Extension appointments remain pending until consultation and hair requirements are reviewed. Required consultations must be booked and natural hair photos submitted within 24 hours of the appointment request. The consultation itself may take place on a later date. Custom extension color requires an in-studio consultation. LLuxe Links only colors extensions provided by LLuxe Links. Hair ordering, preparation timelines, and any additional charges will be confirmed before ordering. Service Expectations Results and longevity vary based on hair condition, maintenance, and individual needs. Exact results cannot be guaranteed. Concerns about completed services will be reviewed individually, consistent with applicable law. By booking, clients acknowledge these policies.
